The Project

We were challenged to design a flat-pack occasional table cut from one sheet of plywood and assembled through intuitive joinery, using CNC fabrication to guide the form and function.

The Problem

How might we design an occasional table that supports the comfort, habits, and organization needs of makeup users who get ready on the floor?

The Solution

Glamity is a deconstructable floor vanity that brings organized, ergonomic makeup storage and a dedicated surface directly to the bedroom floor, offering a comfortable, portable, and personal beauty experience.

Target Audience: make-up users, young adults, teenagers, "soft-girl aesthetic" enthusiasts
